Much of the beach can also be used for camping as many creeks flow out from the center of the island along its spanse.

75 Mile Beach is also used as the local landing strip from which people may hop aboard a plane and take in an aerial view of the island. So if you see a plane parked on the beach, enquire about their inexpensive flights that can be taken over the island.
